Bookkeeper

We're an industrial business looking for a detail-oriented, trustworthy bookkeeper to join our team full-time. You will be a key part of our operations, working closely with managers and wearing a few different hats as needs evolve. If you are someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates proactively, and stays cool when priorities shift, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Manage invoicing and billing, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up Communicate with customers regarding accounts and billing questions Process payroll on a regular schedule Build and maintain financial reports to support business decisions Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a regular basis Adapt to additional responsibilities as the business grows and changes Qualifications Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related financial role Experience in bookkeeping software (Quickbooks) Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills High level of integrity and trustworthiness Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Flexibility and a team-player attitude Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal #J-18808-Ljbffr Associated Rubber & Mechanical
