You will have responsibilities in all system-related functions including organizational management, personnel administration, structural authorizations, training, time and attendance, master data maintenance, interfaces and reporting.

You will lead modules with control and responsibility for prioritization of work efforts performed by the contract team(s), providing support to all commands/organizations with financial systems support.

You will be responsible for trouble ticket management and resolution, interpreting and communicating system changes/upgrades, participating as an integrated process team member and making business process recommendations.

You will strategize, oversee, execute, and provide expert consultation on major technical programs that demand innovative solutions to critical challenges.

You will provide supervision and continuing tasking and technical direction to the Division, planning work to be accomplished by subordinates, setting and adjusting short-term priorities, and preparing schedules for completion of work.

You will negotiate and assign subordinates to project teams as required based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the skills of employees.

You will identify developmental and training needs, providing or arranging for needed development and training as well as find ways to improve production or increase the quality of work directed or the processes/facilities owned.
