If you enjoy managing payroll operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting employees, we'd love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesProcess multi-state payroll accurately and on scheduleMaintain payroll records and employee compensation informationReview and audit payroll data including wages, deductions, taxes, and benefitsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulationsPrepare and distribute W-2s, payroll reports, and other required documentationProcess garnishments, benefit deductions, and payroll adjustmentsReconcile payroll accounts and assist with month-end reportingRespond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional mannerPartner with Human Resources regarding new hires, terminations, and employee changesAssist with payroll audits and support continuous process improvementsQualifications3+ years of payroll processing experienceKnowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirementsExperience processing payroll for multiple employees and pay groupsProficiency with payroll software such as ADP, Paychex, UKG, Workday, or similar systemsStrong Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to handle confidential information with professionalismStrong communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsCertified Payroll Professional (CPP) designationMulti-state payroll experienceExperience with HRIS and ERP systemsPay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hourSearch managed by: Coleman HarrisBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
