Connections Pastor Center Point Church | North Richland Hills, TX Full-Time Pastoral Position Center Point Church is seeking a relational, spiritually mature, and organized Connections Pastor who is passionate about helping people connect with Christ, build meaningful relationships, discover their calling, and grow as disciples of Jesus. The Connections Pastor will provide leadership and oversight for CPC's connection and discipleship ministries, creating intentional pathways that help people move from their first visit to becoming connected, growing, serving, and multiplying followers of Christ. Key Responsibilities: Lead guest assimilation, Welcome Teams, Discover CPC, baptism coordination, and intentional follow-up. Provide pastoral leadership and oversight for Small Groups, Life Groups, Men's and Women's Ministries, and Midweek Bible Study. Develop clear discipleship pathways that connect people to Christ & Church, Community, and Calling. Recruit, equip, and develop volunteer leaders, with an emphasis on leadership development and multiplication. Partner with ministry leaders to help people identify their gifts and take meaningful steps into serving. Develop effective systems for connection, discipleship, and ministry follow-through. Qualifications: 3–5 years of demonstrated ministry leadership experience. Strong relational, pastoral, communication, and teaching skills. Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and lead volunteer teams. Passion for discipleship, small groups, and developing future leaders. Strong organizational skills and ability to lead multiple ministry areas. Alignment with Center Point Church's mission, theology, and values. This full-time pastoral position includes regular Sunday responsibilities and occasional evening ministry activities. We are looking for a pastor who genuinely loves people, leads with humility, and is passionate about helping others take their next step in following Jesus. Compensation & Benefits Center Point Church offers a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes a base salary, employer-funded retirement contributions, and a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) to assist with eligible healthcare expenses.
