Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' mental health concerns to accurately diagnose and formulate appropriate treatment plans for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients manage their challenges and achieve their goals.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and offer support to clients who are experiencing acute mental health challenges or emergencies.

• Document detailed and confidential client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments, while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure consistent and comprehensive care for all clients.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and resources available within the community, advocating for their needs as required.

• Participate in continued education, professional development workshops, and training to stay current with industry best practices and therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Oregon (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, with an opportunity for a sign-on bonus.
