Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their mental health challenges, formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses, and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring swift and effective care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, session notes, and assessment findings in compliance with ethical standards and HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a holistic care network for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
