Business Manager

Job TitleMain responsibilities include, but not limited to:Plan, organize, and direct the activities of non-instructional personnel and volunteer assisting with financial activities.Collect, analyze, prepare and present complex data on physical and social elements of the Academy for use by the Board.Prepare and implement feasibility and cost/benefit studies.Create and ensure that the financial goals and objectives of the academy are met.Prepare, update, review, and forecast the Academy budget.Prepare and maintain monthly billings and accounts receivable information.Supervise the budget, business records, financial statements, tuition and parish assessments, purchasing, insurance, employee compensation schedule and employee benefits program, and long-range financial planning.Supervise payroll records and financial scholarships.Prepare and maintain a cash flow analysis so that bill payments may be made as smoothly and rhythmically as possible.Prepare for both internal and external review, a monthly balance sheet and cash flow statement.Answer questions from parents on outstanding tuition and make adjustments as necessary.
