Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall patient care, ensuring comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding dermatological conditions and treatment options.
• Collaborate closely with facility MDs, integrating their input into patient management and care strategies.
• Demonstrate proficiency in dermatological procedures, ensuring safety and effectiveness in treatment delivery.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documenting care provided and any changes in patient conditions in compliance with departmental policies.
• Engage in regular staff meetings and mandatory in-service training to enhance clinical competencies.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Nurse Practitioner Certification (NP-C) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required.

Preferred Experience
