Payment Operations Associate

Collaborating with the Business Operations Department, the remote Payment Operations Associate will manage the daily settlement pipeline, communicate with creditors and agencies, and support documentation acquisition to facilitate client debt settlement. Key responsibilities Manage daily settlement pipeline and exception reporting for payment processing Communicate with creditors and agencies to resolve payment exceptions and clear payments Support the acquisition of required documentation for successful payment remittance Required qualifications Undergrad Degree preferred or 3-5 years of relevant experience Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems Salesforce experience preferred Proven track record of effective collaboration with diverse teams Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
