Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and psychosocial evaluations to understand the needs of clients and their families.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with the Clinical and Discharge Review Program (CDRP/S) treatment team, ensuring plans are reviewed and adjusted based on client progress and feedback.

• Participate actively in clinical case conferences to discuss patient cases, share insights, and strategize on the best approaches for patient care.

• Deliver educational lectures focused on chemical dependency, promoting awareness and understanding for patients and their families.
\n
• Provide individual and group counseling specifically targeting chemical dependency issues, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their challenges.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for adolescents, significant others, families, and multi-family groups, ensuring a comprehensive approach to treatment.

• Offer case management services, including resource coordination and referral services to support clients in accessing necessary community resources and healthcare services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will focus on working with individuals dealing with chemical dependency issues, particularly those in hospice care. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in social work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.

• Must hold Licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the State of Washington.

• At least two (2) years of clinically supervised experience in addiction medicine therapy within the past five (5) years is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
