Business Development Manager

Company Description Trilogic Systems Corporation provides embedded computing products and services to military, industrial control, and embedded AI markets. For over 25 years, the team has supported OEMs and government contractors in selecting and implementing effective Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) embedded computing solutions. Role Description The Business Development Manager will drive growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within military and industrial markets. Responsibilities include researching target accounts and programs, building and nurturing relationships with OEMs and government contractors, and presenting Trilogic Systems' embedded computing and COTS-based solutions to key decision-makers. The role involves preparing proposals, coordinating with technical and sales teams to align solutions with customer requirements, and participating in virtual meetings, demos, and bid processes. The Business Development Manager will track pipeline activity, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership. This role also includes monitoring industry trends, competitor offerings, and contract opportunities to support strategic planning and market expansion. Qualifications Demonstrated business development or sales experience in technology, embedded computing, defense, industrial, or related sectors. Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, and account management, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships. Experience preparing proposals, responding to RFPs/RFQs, and supporting contract negotiations in B2B or government contractor environments. Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to embedded systems and ruggedized computing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including delivering presentations and conducting remote meetings with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency with CRM tools and basic productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent) to manage pipeline and reporting. Strong analytical and research abilities to evaluate markets, identify opportunities, and support strategic planning. Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience preferred. Familiarity with government contracting processes, defense procurement, or industrial OEM sales is highly beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
