GL Accountant

Support global tax compliance efforts, coordinating with external tax advisors for income tax, indirect tax (VAT/GST), and statutory filings Prepare and maintain tax-related balance sheet reconciliations and schedules aligned with tax filings and advisor deliverables Own and maintain general ledger accounting in NetSuite across multiple international legal entities Partner with Payroll and People Ops on accounting for global payroll, benefits, and employer taxes across jurisdictions Manage international subsidiary balance sheet accounts, including cash, intercompany, accruals, prepaid expenses, payroll, and tax-related accounts Execute and support the monthly close process in NetSuite, including journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and consolidation Maintain and reconni layuiintercompany transactions, including billing, settlements, eliminations, and funding Support multi-currency accounting, including foreign currency remeasurement and translation under US GAAP Build durable accounting processes and controls Partner with Finance, Tax, Payroll, Legal, and external advisors to improve operations as Persona scales globally Verify identity during the interview process using Persona Requirements 4+ years of accounting or audit experience, ideally within SaaS or usage-based revenue environments Strong knowledge of US GAAP, including hands-on experience with
