This candidate will oversee a group of "out of town" properties, insuring all property issues are addressed in a timely and cost effective manner. Experience needed. General knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance concerns, construction projects and various trades work will be important for this candidate. Computer skills, good communication and organizational skills necessary.
