Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will take on a range of responsibilities that include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions, focusing on relationship dynamics as well as individual concerns.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address issues such as alcohol abuse, grief, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Creating personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client and their family structure.
\n
• Engaging in regular supervision and case consultations with peers and supervisors to enhance clinical skills.
\n
• Documenting client progress and outcomes in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
\n
• Advocating for clients’ needs within the community, coordinating with other healthcare providers when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LMFTs will work with a varied patient population that encompasses individuals, couples, and families dealing with a wide array of challenges. Common focus areas include:

• Substance abuse recovery programs addressing alcohol and drug-related issues.
\n
• Conflict resolution between family members, including blended families navigating separation and divorce.
\n
• Grief counseling for clients coping with loss and significant life changes.
\n
• Children and adolescents requiring guidance in coping with familial or relational stressors.

Qualifications\n

To successfully fulfill this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Current and active LMFT licensure in the state of Florida.
\n
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.
\n
• Strong commitment to delivering compassionate and effective therapeutic support to diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this full-time position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
