Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations, utilizing standardized tools to determine client needs effectively.

• Develop individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices, ensuring they are tailored to the unique circumstances and preferences of each client.

• Provide therapeutic services using a range of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to foster positive change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and independent Oregon state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in providing therapy and developing client care plans.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in virtual communication settings, ensuring clarity and empathy in client interactions.

• Strong familiarity with telehealth platforms and tools, enabling confident delivery of therapy in a remote context.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
