Days Left: 22 days, 4 hours left Apply Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter Location:Seattle, WA Duration: 12+ Months- possible extension/conversion Salary and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between $40 .00/hr- $45 .00/hr . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. • 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, which must include 3+ years' experience sourcing (low volume, highly strategic), and 1+ years experience closing candidates is a plus
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS
• Recruiting experience in Healthcare and or Health Tech industries
• Display a proven ability to think critically and problem-solve to develop scalable and maintainable solutions
• Demonstrate exceptional administrative skills - have high detail-orientation, and never let things fall through the cracks
