Business Development Representative Contrarian Thinking is growing fast—and we're looking for a driven, curious, and entrepreneurial Business Development Representative to join our front-line growth team. Your mission is to connect with ambitious professionals who are exploringfinancial freedom through business ownership. You'll engage warm leads from our community—people who've read Main Street Millionaire, downloaded resources, or attended events—and guide them toward consultation calls with our advisory team. This is the perfect role for someone who thrives on conversation, loves connecting with people, and gets energy from helping others take the first step toward transforming their financial future. Key Responsibilities Engage warm leads through calls, texts, and emails to qualify interest and schedule consultation calls Understand each prospect's goals, challenges, and timeline related to business acquisition or taking their existing business to new heights Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure seamless handoff to the Senior Program Advisors Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates Assist in shaping tech stack strategy and process optimization Represent the Contrarian Thinking brand with empathy, integrity, and confidence The Ideal Candidate 1–3+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or community growth roles Strong communication skills—comfortable on the phone and via video Curious, coachable, and motivated by performance-driven environments Organized and data-oriented; loves improving process and conversion Passionate about entrepreneurship, small business, or investing A team player who thrives in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment Location Austin, TX — Full time, in office Type of Employment Full-Time What is Contrarian Thinking?
