Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapy and mental health services to patients coping with a variety of conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status, emotional well-being, and social functioning.

• Design, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and culturally responsive.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other health professionals, to ensure cohesive patient care.

• Monitor patient progress closely, making adjustments to treatment protocols as necessary based on clinical feedback and patient responses.

• Provide education and supportive resources to patients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
