You'll be: Managing full-charge bookkeeping activities, including accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) Preparing journal entries, monthly accruals, and depreciation entries for review Performing monthly general ledger (GL), account, and bank reconciliations Overseeing remote business unit balance sheets, preparing monthly balance sheet reviews, and creating financial reports Assisting with the month-end close process and preparing supporting schedules Analyzing financial data to identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and eliminate unnecessary journal entries Partnering and coordinating cross-functionally with finance team members, business unit operations, and IT This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) Have at least 3 years of professional accounting experience Possess mandatory, hands‑on experience with Oracle NetSuite, general ledger accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations Have advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas) Have previous experience with Oracle or SAP (preferred / nice-to-have) Are highly self‑motivated, self‑directed, quick to learn, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Bring proven leadership, strong organizational and communication skills, and a track record of driving process improvements As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work‑related resources.
