Quick Facts: Location: 5000 Kentucky 321, Prestonsburg, KY 41653 Start Date: 04/27/2026 End Date: 04/26/2027 Shift: Day shift, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (no call) Hours/Week: 40 hours/week Employment Type: Contract (12 months) License/Certs: Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology Experience: Recent patient-facing experience; 3 years preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $479.70/hour Pay Package: Paid weekly via direct deposit Benefits: Competitive pay packages Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated support team to ensure your success What You’ll Do: Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care to a low-volume patient panel (~15/day) Support staff including advanced practice providers and colleagues Collaborate with a small, specialized team in a clinic environment Manage patient care effectively using Meditech EMR Maintain high standards of quality and compliance in diagnoses and treatment plans Participate in patient education and follow-up What You Need: Required: Valid license and certification in Hematology/Oncology (Board Certified) Recent outpatient, patient-facing experience in Hematology/Oncology Proficiency with Meditech EMR or similar system Preferred: 3 years of clinical practice experience Ability to work independently in a solo provider setting About the Assignment: This outpatient Hematology/Oncology role is based at a reputable clinic in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. The facility supports a small but dedicated team managing a mix of hematology and oncology cases, emphasizing patient-centered care with a manageable volume of approximately 15 patients daily. The provider will work flexible schedulings, supporting staff, and ensuring high-quality treatment in a supportive environment.
