Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed initial assessments and mental health evaluations to accurately gauge clients' emotional and psychological needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' unique goals and mental health requirements, continuously updating them as necessary.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to adult clients utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Utilize teletherapy tools to facilitate virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients.

• Administer crisis intervention services when required, responding swiftly and effectively to clients in immediate distress.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of best practices and innovations within the mental health field, contributing to peer discussions and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. The diversity in our client population means that you will encounter individuals from various backgrounds, each with their personal stories and struggles, allowing for a fulfilling therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an active independent license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R).

• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Show a strong sense of compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental disposition to foster a safe therapeutic environment.

• Demonstrate robust organizational and time-management capabilities to effectively handle a full caseload.

• No history of disciplinary actions on record.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience are preferred. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and experience working with a diverse client base will be beneficial for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $104,000 annually depending on your caseload and experience. Additional benefits include:
