Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients’ mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapy sessions, including session notes and progress reports, using our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Actively participate in regular supervision and case consultation meetings to discuss treatment strategies and client progress with peers.

You will engage with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients remotely.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to manage therapy schedules effectively in a remote format.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
