• Engage in individualized speech therapy sessions focusing on communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.
• Collaborate seamlessly with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to form unified approaches to patient care.
• Deliver educational support to patients and family members, empowering progress beyond the confines of clinical settings.
• Assist with occasional inpatient evaluations and treatments to ensure consistency in patient care through their recovery journey.

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if certification from ASHA is pending.

Certifications

• State license as a Speech Language Therapist .
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is highly desirable.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary within the first month of employment.
