About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Health Plan Business Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of revenue generation and business development specifically within the health plan market. This role requires the ability to leverage an existing network of health plan and payer executives to identify and close new enterprise sales opportunities. The VP will also be tasked with cultivating deep, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid plans, and optimizing revenue by analyzing current streams, market trends, and product offerings. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in leading business growth within the health plan markets, with a proven track record of closing multi-year SaaS or technology-enabled contracts with significant value. A robust network of decision-makers in major health plans and regional payers is essential. The role demands a deep understanding of the digital health landscape, value-based care models, population health, and payer reimbursement mechanisms. Mastery of enterprise sales methodologies and exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills are also required. The VP will be expected to travel and represent the company at key industry events and engage with stakeholders.
