About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Health Plan to drive the strategy and execution of revenue generation and business development specifically within the health plan market. The successful candidate will be responsible for pipeline generation, leveraging their existing network of health plan and payer executives to identify and close new enterprise sales opportunities. This role requires a focus on relationship building, particularly with key decision-makers, medical directors, and innovation stakeholders across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid plans. The VP will also be tasked with optimizing revenue by analyzing current streams, market trends, and product offerings to enhance business growth and go-to-market strategies. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in leading business growth within the health plan markets, with a proven track record of closing multi-year SaaS or technology-enabled contracts with significant value. A deep understanding of the digital health landscape, value-based care models, population health, and payer reimbursement mechanisms is essential. The role demands mastery of enterprise sales methodologies, exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, and the ability to represent the company at industry events. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at exceeding targets, and capable of articulating complex clinical and economic value propositions to a diverse range of stakeholders.
