Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and help us drive our online presence and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for the construction industry. Responsibilities Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic and generate leads Manage all digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC and content marketing Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including budget allocation, tracking and reporting Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted campaigns and support lead generation efforts Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make recommendations for optimization Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of digital marketing initiatives Stay informed about new digital marketing tools and technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation Monitor and maintain the company's online reputation through social media and review platforms Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across all channels Stay up-to-date with digital marketing best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the construction industry Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies Experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media and content marketing Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environment Knowledge of construction industry trends and terminology is a plus Location This position is based in Houston, Texas, United States.
