*Job Overview*

* In this role, you will support customers by helping them navigate early-stage financial challenges while providing excellent service.
*Key responsibilities include:*

* Managing both *inbound and outbound customer calls* in a call center environment
* Working within an *auto-dialer system*
* Handling *early-stage collections (1-30 days past due)*
* Averaging *80-120+ calls per day*
* Providing *financial guidance and solutions* to customers
* Supporting *consumer loan and credit card accounts*
* Schedule*
*Training:*

* Monday-Friday
* 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (MT)
* *First week onsite*
*Post-Training:*

* Monday - Saturday (5-day workweek)
* Shifts:
* 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (MT)
* 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (MT) (varies seasonally)

* Work Environment*

* *Hybrid model after training*
* *Onsite requirement limited to ~1 week per quarter*
* Majority of work performed *remotely from home*
* Structured, *team-oriented call center environment with support and coaching*

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.85 - $20.85/hr.
