Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, and developing treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create cohesive, interdisciplinary care plans, and discussing treatment progress during patient rounds and team meetings.
• Providing thorough case management by coordinating care with community resources and healthcare providers to ensure clients receive the most effective interventions.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with departmental standards, ensuring ethical practices and adherence to best care protocols.
• Implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatments to assist patients in achieving their individualized service goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on school-aged children and their families, offering therapeutic services to individuals facing a range of mental health challenges. You will work closely with students experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and more, ultimately helping them navigate their personal and academic lives with greater resilience and confidence. Your insights and interventions will contribute significantly to their overall well-being and success.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient engagement and collaboration with team members.

Preferred Experience

While not required, the following experiences are preferred:

• Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic or educational setting.
• Knowledge of innovative therapeutic methods, including trauma-informed care and cultural competency frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits
