Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health status and needs, ensuring a thorough understanding of their backgrounds and challenges. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific goals, incorporating evidence-based methodologies and solution-focused techniques. Provide individual therapy sessions for adult clients utilizing teletherapy, enhancing client engagement through virtual platforms while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards. Deliver crisis intervention services as needed, offering immediate support and developing safety plans to manage potential risks effectively. Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as webinars or workshops, to remain informed of best practices in mental health treatment and industry standards. Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor at Kindbridge, you will work with a diverse range of adult clients, each facing unique psychological challenges. Our client population includes individuals dealing with anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and various life transitions. Your work will be pivotal in guiding these individuals toward achieving their mental health goals and fostering resilience. Qualifications

A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients. A compassionate and empathetic demeanor, with a keen understanding of the non-judgmental approach necessary for effective counseling. Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage client workloads efficiently. No history of disciplinary actions on your professional record. Preferred Experience

Experience in providing teletherapy services, as well as a familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital therapeutic tools. A background in working with a variety of diagnostic populations and mental health conditions. Demonstrated ability to manage crisis situations effectively, with a focus on de-escalation techniques. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
