Account Services Specialist - ITSM, ITIL Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US) Responsibilities Oversee, facilitate, and administer ITIL-based service support and technical account management, including incident ownership and client account management on a 24x7 basis. Manage and oversee service delivery processes such as incident management, problem management, request management, change management, service level management, and configuration management. Coordinate resources, client management, dispute and technical resolution management, and communications at various levels during service engagements from tactical to strategic. Play a key role in continuous improvement activities in support of clients. Compile, analyze, and report statistical data and trends related to service level compliance and operational effectiveness. Assist program or process development and implementation. Basic Requirements 6+ years of experience in an Account Service role. Additional Skills Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Solid understanding of ITIL processes and principals. Excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to perform general office requirements physically. Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations. Compensation Starting pay range: $74,720 – $112,080. Eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
