About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Talent Casting and Recruitment to lead the global talent strategy and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and evolving the talent pipelines, industry relationships, and operational infrastructure to meet the diverse needs of the business. This role demands a leader with a deep understanding of the entertainment industry, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in talent casting or entertainment recruitment. The VP will be tasked with forecasting talent demand, identifying sourcing opportunities, and managing the execution of casting and recruitment operations. They must also be adept at financial management, with the ability to evaluate the ROI of various talent sourcing initiatives and manage budgets effectively. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Talent Casting and Recruitment include talent strategy and workforce planning, leadership and organizational development, operational excellence, risk management, and executive-level reporting. The role requires a strategic and proactive approach, with a focus on quality, innovation, and recruitment marketing. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' of experience in the field, including significant senior leadership experience, and a proven ability to lead large-scale talent operations. Strong communication skills, the ability to influence at all levels, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion are also essential. The VP will be expected to travel as needed and to represent the company at industry events, while ensuring that the talent brand is strong and that the company has access to the best talent in the industry.
