Senior Account Executive - Technology Staffing

Position Overview Fusion HCR is seeking a Senior Account Executive - Technology Staffing to drive business development and client growth within the technology staffing market. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build lasting relationships with clients and prospects, and connect organizations with qualified technology professionals. This role combines new business development, account management, and full-cycle sales responsibilities. The Senior Account Executive will understand client hiring needs, translate them into effective staffing solutions, and partner with internal recruiters to support candidate delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities within the technology staffing market. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and key decision-makers. Identify client hiring needs and translate them into effective staffing solutions. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through closing. Maintain an active pipeline of accounts, prospects, and staffing opportunities. Partner closely with recruiters to support candidate submissions and client delivery. Communicate client feedback, hiring trends, and market intelligence to internal teams. Follow up consistently with clients and prospects to advance opportunities. Represent Fusion HCR professionally in all client interactions. Support long-term account growth through responsive service and relationship management. Required Qualifications Experience in staffing, business development, or account management. Background in IT staffing or technology recruiting is required. Proven ability to build client relationships and generate new business. Experience managing a sales pipeline and closing opportunities.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client hiring needs and recommend appropriate staffing solutions. Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote environment. Results-oriented mindset with strong follow-through. Ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters and internal delivery teams.
