Key Responsibilities\n

In this integral role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading Group Therapy sessions, where you will facilitate discussions that promote sharing, engagement, and mutual support among clients facing similar challenges.

• Providing Individual Therapy, offering empathetic and personalized counseling to help clients navigate their emotions and behaviors, focusing on developing individualized coping strategies and action plans.

• Creating Treatment Plans by collaborating with clients to set personalized, attainable goals, and tailoring treatment methods that reflect their unique circumstances and preferences.

• Monitoring Client Progress through regular assessments, utilizing various tools and feedback methods to evaluate progress and refine therapeutic approaches accordingly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on young adults between the ages of 18 and 30 who are navigating significant mental health challenges. This includes challenges relating to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and adjustment disorders, among others. You will play a crucial role as a guide and supporter in their journey toward improved mental health and overall life satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport, build trust, and communicate effectively with diverse clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
