Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Glen Counseling, you will work with a diverse client base. Your primary focus will be on individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. You will play a crucial role in creating tailored therapeutic strategies that address the unique needs and situations of each client, fostering a supportive environment for healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, facilitating a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in telehealth counseling is highly preferred, as well as familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation purposes. Previous exposure to evidence-based therapy modalities is advantageous, along with a solid understanding of mental health diagnosis and treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus of $3,000 for licensed therapists.
