Business Restructuring & Reorganization Attorney – Los Angeles

Direct Counsel is seeking a Business Restructuring & Reorganization Associate to join a leading Am Law 100 firm in its Los Angeles office . This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level attorney to work alongside nationally recognized practitioners in a sophisticated practice with top-tier clients and high-impact matters.

Key Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of experience in a top-tier law firm environment

• Substantive experience representing corporate debtors, creditors’ committees, individual creditors, and third-party purchasers in Chapter 11 bankruptcies and restructurings

• Prior experience clerking for a bankruptcy judge and/or working in a corporate restructuring/bankruptcy practice strongly preferred

• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and oversee daily workflow for restructuring matters at varying stages

• Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive annual salary range: $310,000 – $390,000, depending on experience and location

• Vacation accrual at four weeks per year, two weeks of sick leave, and 10 paid holidays annually
