Occupational Therapist (OT) - Pediatric Outpatient

Location: Richmond, Virginia
Job Type: Full-Time Preferred | Part-Time Considered
Setting: Pediatric Outpatient

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a pediatric outpatient multidisciplinary therapy team in Richmond, Virginia.

The OT will provide primarily one-on-one treatment to pediatric patients with developmental, neurological, sensory-motor, and other therapy needs. Strong new graduates are welcome to apply.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday | Weekday Daytime Hours

• No overnight or on-call requirements

• Weekend work is not routinely required

• Part-time schedules may be considered

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for pediatric patients.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.

• Provide primarily one-on-one therapy sessions, generally 60 minutes.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

• Communicate with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary therapy team.

• Provide family-centered care and collaborate with other professionals as needed.

Qualifications

• Active or eligible Virginia Occupational Therapy license

• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required

• Strong new graduates are welcome

• Genuine interest in working with children

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• CPR/BLS certification preferred/required as applicable
