Job Description We are seeking a Marketing Executive to support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and brand engagement activities. This role works closely with the marketing team to help deliver campaigns, communicate brand messaging, and connect company products and services with target audiences. The Marketing Executive will take an active role in day-to-day marketing activities, including campaign implementation, promotional programs, audience engagement, and gathering market feedback. This position is well suited for someone who is organized, communicative, and interested in developing hands-on marketing experience. Responsibilities Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives Communicate company messaging, product information, and current offerings to target audiences Participate in brand awareness and customer engagement activities Assist with the implementation of new marketing programs and promotions Represent company products and services during marketing initiatives Prepare and organize marketing materials and campaign resources Maintain familiarity with current campaigns, brand messaging, and promotional objectives Engage with prospective customers and audiences during marketing activities Gather feedback regarding customer interests, questions, and responses to campaigns Monitor campaign activity and maintain basic performance records Conduct basic market and competitor research to support marketing initiatives Share audience observations and market feedback with the marketing team Help ensure consistent presentation of company messaging and brand standards Participate in promotional events and other in-person marketing activities Collaborate with team members on campaign execution and audience outreach Contribute ideas for future marketing and promotional initiatives Support additional marketing projects as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities Strong organization and attention to detail Comfortable communicating with customers and target audiences Ability to learn and communicate product and service information Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple assignments Creative and adaptable approach to marketing activities Ability to work independently and collaboratively Interest in marketing, branding, promotions, communications, or consumer engagement Previous experience in marketing, promotions, events, communications, hospitality, or another customer-facing environment is preferred Comprehensive training and ongoing support Hands-on experience with marketing campaigns and promotional programs Exposure to brand marketing and audience engagement Collaborative and team-oriented work environment Opportunities to strengthen marketing, communication, and presentation skills Opportunities for continued growth and increased responsibility #J-18808-Ljbffr Market Value Southwest
