Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs and formulate individualized therapy plans that cater to their specific circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, in individual, group, and family settings.

• Plan and facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that provide clients with tools to understand and manage common mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a coordinated and seamless approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and accessible support mechanisms during mental health emergencies, assuring patients feel safe and supported.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
