Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ social, emotional, and environmental challenges to establish a clear understanding of their needs.

• Develop individualized service plans that include specific goals, recommended interventions, and methods for monitoring progress.

• Provide one-on-one and family counseling to assist clients in navigating life’s complex challenges, using therapeutic techniques that are evidence-based and culturally sensitive.

• Collaborate closely with clients to ensure their service plans align with their unique circumstances and connect them to community resources that facilitate recovery and growth.

• Offer crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans to address immediate client needs effectively.

• Work in partnership with community agencies and organizations to coordinate comprehensive services and advocate for clients, ensuring they receive the necessary support.

• Participate in outreach efforts to enhance community awareness about mental health services and promote the agency’s capabilities.

• Engage in regular case conferences, training sessions, and team meetings to improve service delivery and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families facing significant life challenges, including but not limited to mental health disorders, substance abuse issues, and social crises. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Hold an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
