Job Title: Contracts Specialist/Contract Manager/Contracts Administrator/Contracts Admin

Location: Washington D.C. office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and WFH Monday and Friday.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Draft, negotiate, and execute a high volume of Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), SaaS agreements, Order Forms and other supplier purchase agreements. Own contracts from intake through execution, amendment, and completion, ensuring timely turnaround and policy compliance. Apply existing procurement policies, templates, and contracting guidance to structure agreements appropriately. Partner with Category Managers, Legal, and suppliers to resolve issues and finalize agreements efficiently. Support contract amendments, renewals, and modifications, assessing impacts and implementing updates. Manage multiple contracts simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of practical experience drafting and negotiating SOWs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, and supplier agreements.

• Strong critical‑thinking skills with the ability to work independently and make sound contract decisions.
\n
• Proven ability to manage work quickly and follow contracts through to completion.
\n
• Comfortable working with established policies, guides, and standard templates.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
\n
