Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day activities will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, creating an engaging and safe environment for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify emotional, behavioral, and psychological issues that may be impacting clients’ well-being.

• Developing individualized treatment plans based on initial and ongoing assessments, continuously evaluating effectiveness and client progress.

• Offering crisis intervention services to patients during critical moments, ensuring they receive necessary support and resources.

• Actively collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to contribute insights and strategies that enhance the overall treatment plan and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with substance use disorders alongside mental health challenges. This role requires an understanding of various cultural backgrounds and the ability to tailor therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client. Your goal is to facilitate healing and foster resilience, empowering clients to develop healthier relationships with themselves and others.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working in mental health settings, with specific experience in substance abuse treatment preferred.

• Exceptional clinical skills in psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, counseling, and resource linkage.

• A solid understanding of individual and family development over the life span, enabling you to address issues at all developmental stages.

Compensation and Benefits\n
