We're looking for an organized, friendly, and dependable Customer Experience Coordinator to become the voice of our company. This is much more than a receptionist position—you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding experience for every customer while helping our business continue to grow.

• Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Schedule plumbing service appointments using our scheduling software.
• Respond to customer questions by phone, text, and email.
• Help customers understand our process and what to expect.

• Contact customers regarding outstanding estimates.
• Follow up after completed jobs to ensure every customer is completely satisfied.
• Request Google reviews from happy customers.
• Help build lasting relationships that keep customers coming back.

During slower periods, you'll help us continue growing by:

• Assisting with social media content.
• Helping with email marketing campaigns.
• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information.
• Tracking estimate follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
• Assisting with various office and administrative projects.

We're looking for someone who:

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Customer service
• Administrative or office work
• Dispatching or scheduling
• Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or other home service industries
• Medical or dental offices
• Insurance or property management
• Social media or marketing
