Step into a dynamic role supporting students’ communication growth across three vibrant school communities. This contract opportunity caters to motivated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP, SLP-CCC) ready for part-time or full-time work with an immediate start. You’ll work with a caseload of approximately 60-65 students, serving K–12th grades distributed among three schools. Whether you prefer three to four days a week or want to take on a full five-day schedule, your flexibility is valued.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active New Jersey SLP license is required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience working with school-aged populations, K–12, is highly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently across multiple school locations

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy to a wide range of students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Consult with teachers and support staff to ensure student progress and effective strategies
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and all necessary documentation
• Engage in ongoing communication with parents and multidisciplinary teams
