Senior Associate, Enterprise Accounts

About The Role As a Senior Associate on EverQuote’s Business Development team, you will join a data-driven account management team responsible for building deep relationships with the largest insurance carriers nationwide. You will serve as relationship builder, strategic advisor, data analyst, and digital campaign manager, working closely with senior leadership to secure and expand EverQuote’s position as a strategic growth partner. What You’ll Do Drive account growth by helping customers perform optimally. Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to accelerate growth across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. Build and maintain excellent relationships with key business leaders within partner organizations and within EverQuote. Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and other internal teams to communicate customer needs, uncover pain points, and prioritize functionality that drives growth. Develop a deep understanding of our product messaging, technology platform, and competitive landscape to better position EverQuote as a strategic partner. Contribute to a culture defined by accountability, transparency, trust, integrity, and data‑driven decision‑making. Communicate effectively, internally and externally, ensuring that customer needs are met. What You Bring To The Team (Qualifications) 2+ years of progressive experience in enterprise account management, business development, or consulting. Significant experience directly managing and growing enterprise relationships. Proven ability to analyze commercial performance metrics and summarize insights to drive action. Deep comfort and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations. Strong track record of decisiveness, accountability, and exceptional credibility with previous teams and organizations. Nice To Have (But Not Required) Experience working with Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance. Digital marketplace or marketing experience. Experience working with Fortune 500 companies. Compensation & Benefits The base salary for this full-time hybrid role ranges from $85,000 to $100,000, depending on skills, experience, education, and location.
