Join a growing Limb Preservation multidisciplinary team. We are looking for a dedicated APP to work with complex vascular patients. Responsibilities include:

• Independent Clinic Management: Manage a dedicated clinic for limb preservation, with a focus on inpatient-to-outpatient transitions. Clinic tasks include scheduling, patient follow-ups, and interdisciplinary communication.
• Educate patients and families on treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and rehabilitation.
• Surgical Assistance: Assist in surgical procedures with podiatrists.
• Ensure proper pre-operative and post-operative care for surgical patients.
• Research and Quality Improvement: Engage in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and program effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in limb preservation techniques and treatments.

Summary: A Nurse Practitioner functions as part of the interdisciplinary healthcare team in accordance with privileges approved by the credentialing committee to provide high quality, cost effective care to patients within the APPs scope of practice in collaboration with a supervising physician. The APP reflects the mission, vision, and values of the organization, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and other regulatory and accreditation standards.
