Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an engaging contract opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting students in a dynamic, multi-site school setting near Aurora, IL. This on-site, itinerant role allows you to make a meaningful impact across two school locations during the upcoming academic year, from August 27, 2026, to June 9, 2027.

Bring your expertise and bilingual abilities to a diverse community, collaborating with students ranging from preschool to high school. The caseload adheres to a supportive workload model, typically averaging about 45 students, ensuring you have the resources and manageable numbers necessary to give each child focused attention.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Current Illinois Professional Educator License with SLP endorsement
• Active Illinois SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Prior experience in school settings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments, intervention, and therapy to students with varying communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student progress
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Travel between two assigned school sites as part of an itinerant schedule
• Maintain documentation and records in accordance with state and district protocols
