• Experience in resource room or self-contained settings
• Ability to support grade 5/6 curriculum

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills

Responsibilities:

• Case management for approximately 15 students (Resource Room), or 3 students in a self-contained Life Skills/Intensive Needs classroom
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals, staff, and families
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and structured learning environment
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
