This position allows for remote work, offering a flexible schedule that can accommodate either 4x10 or 5x8 shifts between 8 AM and 7 PM from Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will undertake a range of responsibilities critical to client development, including:

• Conducting psychotherapy and counseling sessions with individuals, couples, families, or groups to support emotional and psychological healing.

• Interviewing clients to collect and analyze social, personal, environmental, and health information to inform treatment plans.
\n
• Evaluating and addressing various mental health issues, particularly within the scope of behavioral health.

• Coordinating the design and execution of programs and activities tailored to meet the social and emotional needs of clients.
\n
• Facilitating cognitive, emotional, and behavioral health interventions, including crisis resolution and collaboration with community resources.

• Building and maintaining a therapeutic alliance characterized by respect, trust, and acceptance.
\n
• Documenting treatment progress and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions in accordance with established protocols.

• Managing a caseload and maintaining accurate and thorough client records.
\n
• Providing individual clinical counseling to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Willingness to take on additional duties as assigned to meet organizational needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve clients dealing with various mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, mood disorders, substance dependency, and issues surrounding grief and loss. You will have the privilege of supporting individuals from varying backgrounds, in a facility dedicated to enhancing their emotional and psychological well-being.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Kansas.

• At least four years of direct experience in social work or counseling, preferably in mental health settings.

Experience with counseling practices related to behavioral health issues such as depression, anxiety, family dynamics, and relational conflicts will be highly valued. Candidates with a background in crisis intervention and community resources will find their skills particularly applicable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
