Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Alight Wellness, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to better understand patients' mental health concerns and needs.

• Developing personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices and employing solution-focused interventions.
\n
• Providing psychotherapy services utilizing modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and more, based on individual client preferences.

• Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical records in adherence to HIPAA regulations and clinic protocols.
\n
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare professionals to ensure a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development through participation in case consultations and peer review meetings.
\n
• Educating clients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources.
\n
• Managing a full caseload efficiently, ensuring that treatment goals are met in a timely manner while upholding ethical standards of practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
