Description – What Your Role Will Entail

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests including but not limited to chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot any inconsistencies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection, as well as preparation of samples for testing as required.
• Keep concise documentation of all procedures, provide training to new hires or interns, and contribute to maintaining lab standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe laboratory environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health field along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within a year of joining.
• Maintain your certification throughout your tenure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare teams.
• Able to exercise independent judgment and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced or high-stress situations.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly regarding quality control and documentation processes.
